FDTC Honors Employees of the Year and Service Awardees
Florence-Darlington Technical College President Dr. Charles Gould recently hosted the annual luncheon to honor the College's Employees of the Year and service awardees. Employees in three categories, administrator, staff and faculty, were nominated by their peers and selected by members of the College's Executive Staff and a committee of former winners.
Elaine Craft, Director of the South Carolina Advanced Technology Education Center of Excellence, is this year's Administrator of the Year and Genell Gause, Administrative Assistant in Registrar Services, is the Staff Employee of the Year. Math Hub instructor Cindy Rallings is Faculty Member of the Year.
The three will now move on to state wide competition at the South Carolina Technical Education Association's annual conference in February.
Receiving their 10 year service pins and certificates from Dr. Gould were Ken Araujo, Sara Bryant, Shirley Cayton, Harrison Ford and Cheryl McGill.
Twenty year honorees also received their pins and certificates from the president. They are Lisa Ard, Winfield Brown, Kathleen Hanrahan, Tim O'Dell and Jack Walker.
