| Minimum 2 years experience producing required, with newsroom management experience preferred. We are looking for a leader with a vision and who understands how to execute brand in all platforms. Must be able to multi-task, pay attention to detail while overseeing our daily content as well as producing special projects. We are looking for creative thinkers, who can also take command of breaking news and severe weather coverage. The ideal candidate will have good people/management skills and work closely with producers, reporters and the assignment desk to coordinate daily assignments of stories for broadcast, social media and mobile.

High volume phone and face-to-face outside sales calls will be required. We are seeking an aggressive, self motivated, high achiever with excellent communication and organizational skills, creativity, persistence, and the ability to exceed goals through new business development and outstanding customer service. Responsibilities include direct client sales of WMBF's digital products: display advertising on WMBFNews.com and mobile applications, video advertising, contesting, SMS marketing via shortcode, deals, directories, and event marketing.
