| Candidate must be willing to share in all functions of the Marketing Department including but not limited to writing, shooting, and editing news topical promos, commercials, station image, and sales special promotions. Candidate must have working knowledge of audio/video equipment, be able to perform on-location video shoots, and be able to lift and carry necessary equipment. Candidate must have knowledge of Final Cut Pro, Adobe After Effects, and Photoshop. Knowledge of ENPS and Edius is a plus. Candidate must be willing to work a flexible schedule as some nights and weekends will be required. Candidate should be able to work quickly to meet deadlines.

Must be able to multi-task, pay attention to detail while overseeing our daily content as well as producing special projects. We are looking for creative thinkers, who can also take command of breaking news and severe weather coverage. The ideal candidate will have good people/management skills and work closely with producers, reporters and the assignment desk to coordinate daily assignments of stories for broadcast, social media and mobile.

| WMBF News is seeking a performance-driven Digital Sales Specialist to work on its team to generate revenue by prospecting and selling advertising on WMBFNews.com and its mobile products. High volume phone and face-to-face outside sales calls will be required. We are seeking an aggressive, self motivated, high achiever with excellent communication and organizational skills, creativity, persistence, and the ability to exceed goals through new business development and outstanding customer service. Responsibilities include direct client sales of WMBF's digital products: display advertising on WMBFNews.com and mobile applications, video advertising, contesting, SMS marketing via shortcode, deals, directories, and event marketing. College degree preferred. Drug and DMV screening required.
