Transfer Agreements

Exploring Transfer Opportunities at FDTC

A group of students during graduation ceremony

Florence-Darlington Technical College (FDTC) provides extensive transfer opportunities for students aiming to pursue higher education beyond its campus. With a focus on facilitating smooth transitions, FDTC ensures that its courses are widely recognized and accepted by various colleges and universities, both within and outside the state.

Articulation Agreements

Articulation agreements are formal partnerships between educational institutions facilitating the transfer of credits, particularly from two-year colleges to four-year universities. Florence-Darlington Technical College (FDTC) utilizes these agreements to establish clear pathways for credit transfer and academic advancement, ensuring students can smoothly transition to partnering institutions while minimizing credit loss. By continuously expanding and updating our network of articulation agreements, FDTC broadens students' transfer options and enhances their opportunities for success.
