This online system allows you to search through all available job postings, create an online application, and upload any supporting documents that you wish to include.

Any questions or comments about any specific position or opening at FDTC should be emailed to

To apply to join the FDTC team, please complete an employment application available here. Applicants must create a profile and submit application during the advertised vacancy period. During the application process, all questions should be answered completely and all periods of employment and/or unemployment should be included. Please do not leave questions blank unless they do not apply to you, and remember to be specific and accurate in answering all prompts and questions.

If you are applying for more than one position at the same time, an application must be completed for each vacancy. All candidates being considered for hire are subject to a criminal background screening and reference screening.

For positions requiring an Associate Degree, Bachelor’s Degree or a Master’s Degree, the applicant must attach unofficial transcripts to your online application. (Official transcripts will be obtained at the time of hiring.) If applying for a faculty position, you must include copies of all transcripts. Your application may be excluded from consideration if not completed. A resume may be attached; however, all sections of the application must be completed. The application must be dated and signed in all requested areas. The position you are applying for must be noted at the top of the application. Please do not have transcripts mailed directly to the College.

FDTC uses interview committees for all full-time positions. The committee will review applications and identify those to be invited for an interview.

Applicants selected for an interview will be contacted to schedule an interview. Two or three applicants will be invited for a second interview with the appropriate Vice President, AVP of Human Resources/Internal Relations, and President.

Job offers are made by the AVP of Human Resources/Internal Relations or designee after conferring with the appropriate Vice President and/or President.
