Program overview
The Electrocardiogram (EKG) Technician serves as a valuable member of a medical team in the care of the heart. They administer tests to record and analyze electrical impulses transmitted by the heart, and they may work in a hospital, physician's office or clinic. Students who complete this course will be prepared to sit for the EKG Technician Certification exam offered by the National Healthcare Association
