Program overview

As a Valve Technician, your job responsibilities may include troubleshooting, repairing, installing, and maintaining various valve types for optimum efficiency, using precision measuring instruments proficiently, and maintaining the system free of foreign materials and debris. Course topics include valve types and functions, minimizing costs in valve repairs, leak-proof sealing techniques, blueprints and drawings, proper fastener choice and torqueing, machining valve components, reducing systems debris, and proper procedures for packing stuffing boxes.

No college application process is required. Prices and dates are subject to change.
